Amada has a NEW NAME!
In 2019, the Lord placed a burden on our heart to serve women and children living in extreme poverty in Honduras. What began as Amada, a small group of artisans making bracelets for sustainable income, has grown and flourished in ways that we couldn’t have hoped for or planned.
When we began caring for the children of our Amada artisans during the pandemic, the Lord began to open doors for us to minister to additional children from one of the most impoverished areas in Honduras. By His grace, we opened the doors of Tiny Hope Christian Academy in the fall of 2020. We currently have 63 children that are receiving a quality, classical Christian education as well as 2 healthy meals per day and medical/dental care. We aim to walk alongside the entire family of each of our students, sharing the Gospel and prayerfully breaking generational cycles of poverty.
Our original vision has remained the same: To educate and empower women and children out of extreme poverty in Honduras. We have followed as the Lord guided Amada, adapting and adjusting as we found the most impactful way to minister. By His leading, we are excited to announce that our name will change from Amada to Tiny Hope Ministries.
We will continue making our signature Scripture bracelets to provide sustainable income for our artisans and Tiny Hope families, and you can contact us for information to purchase and/or customize.
We are honored to serve the women and children of Honduras, for His glory.
Thank you for your support!
